EL MANIO EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
At EL MANIO, we want to ensure a bold and premium shopping experience for all our customers across the United Arab Emirates. Please read our operational policy carefully before placing your order or requesting an exchange.
1. SIZING & STYLE EXCHANGES (7-DAY WINDOW)
β’ We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange window from the exact date your package is delivered.
β’ If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, a flat 20 AED courier exchange fee applies.Β
β’ How it works: Our courier partner will bring your new size directly to your doorstep, collect the original item back from you, and collect the 20 AED shipping fee in cash.
β’ Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be entirely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all EL MANIO tags fully attached.
2. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGE OF MIND (NO CASH REFUNDS)
β’ Because we operate primarily on a Cash on Delivery (COD) network, we DO NOT offer cash refunds under any circumstances for change-of-mind purchases.
β’ If you do not want an exchange product, we will issue you an official EL MANIO Store Credit Code equal to your total purchase amount. You can use this digital code anytime to shop on elmanio.net.
β’ Return Shipping: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer must independently arrange and pay for the shipping costs back to our primary warehouse fulfillment center.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
β’ We take product quality seriously. If our warehouse accidentally ships a defective item or the incorrect size/style, we will fix it immediately.
β’ We will send you the correct item completely FREE of charge, and we will cover all courier and exchange fees.
